Product Load Testing

We provide load testing services for all types of lifting appliances and associated equipment including ‘A’ Frames, davits, cranes, runway beams, lift shaft beams, pad eyes and offshore / subsea structures and components.

Testing can be carried out at our works where we have both horizontal and vertical tensile testing machines or on site utilising our extensive range of calibrated test weights, water bags, hydraulic cylinders and calibrated load cells (tensile & compressive).

Our team can advise on how best to replicate forces along the operational load paths during testing – this is often not straight forward when testing components individually.

In addition we can design and manufacture test arrangements and rigs to allow function testing of engineering assemblies and components.
