Lift-Rite have just completed the engineering, build, test and installation of a bespoke telescopic 5t crane system for our client in London.
The site itself was just around the corner from St Paul’s Cathedral, as central London as you can get! This made site access very tight and a lack of material handling solutions meant we had to be fully self sufficient when unloading, moving and lifting the crane components and finding a number of unreported changes on site just added to the challenge. After four days on site our team of four were triumphant and had the system up and running. We will return in a few weeks to carry out the load test and get the system in service.
